Terms & Conditions
By using this website and submitting an inquiry or order, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to quotations, orders, and deliveries arranged through AiQi Nova.
1. Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the issue date unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices are quoted FOB Tianjin (Xingang) and are indicative — they remain subject to confirmation of the final specification, raw-material cost movement, and exchange-rate fluctuation at the time of order.
2. Minimum Order Quantity
MOQ varies by product category and is stated on each product page. Sample or trial quantities are available for most standard items, subject to discussion.
3. Quality & Inspection
Products are manufactured to the standards and dimensions agreed in the order. Mill Test Certificates (EN 10204 3.1) are available on request for steel products. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV, or TÜV can be arranged before shipment at the buyer’s cost.
4. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed only after written confirmation and agreed payment terms (typically a deposit with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading, or as separately agreed). Specifications, quantities, and finishes must be confirmed in writing before production begins.
5. Claims
Any quality or quantity claim must be raised within 14 days of receipt of goods, supported by clear photographs and, where applicable, independent test reports. We will work with you in good faith to reach a fair resolution, which may include replacement, credit, or a negotiated settlement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including production downtime, lost profits, or project delays, except where prohibited by applicable law.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, war, port disruption, or government action.
8. Export & Import Compliance
The buyer is responsible for obtaining any import permits and certifications and for paying duties and taxes in the destination country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that the products and standards are permissible in the destination market.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, product descriptions, images, and branding — is the property of AiQi Nova and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Tianjin, China.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies.
